Remembering Veterans

Please take a moment today to remember all veterans who have served in the armed forces both in times of peace and war. From the Minutemen of the American Revolution to those on duty today in Iraq and Afghanistan, our military have protected this country and helped bring greater freedom around the globe. Please thank the men and women of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines and Coast Guard on this day of rememberance.

Homebuyer Tax Credit Extended and Expanded!

Great News! The $8,000 first time buyer credit was extended until Apr 30 2010! AND the credit has been expanded to provide $6,500 to existing homeowners who buy a new home before Apr 30 2010! Details will follow - please call me if you have questions and want to jump on this opportunity soon!

Homebuyer Tax Credit Extension

The First Time Homebuyer Tax Credit has not yet been extended. BUT, a bill is making it's way through the Senate to extend the credit to April 2010, open it to houses up to $800,000 and expand it to all homebuyers, not just first time buyers. The bill may be voted on this week.
