Like many aspect of the current real estate crash, the current foreclosure-processing debacle is growing larger than many commentators originally thought.  Major bank stocks fell in the 4-5% range on Friday as investors struggled with the uncertainty of how large this crisis will grow. 

The Keenan Team believes that, while this crisis will eventually resolve itself, it will be deeper and more extensive than many financial commentators are making it out to be.  The fact that all 50 states have joined in investigating foreclosure practices indicates a coming public backlash against financial institutions.  Rightly or wrongly, this will slow down foreclosures even in the Tallahassee real estate market, and may call into question some foreclosures that have already been sold.
