We just SOLD a nice townhome at 1687 Quazar Blvd for $85,000.  IQuazar is in a small neighborhood called Apalachee Hills, just east of downtown Tallahassee.  It was in very good condition, very spacious, with nice kitchen and bath features. 

This was also a short sale - where the mortgage lender accepted less than a full payoff at closing because the market value of the home was less than the mortgage amount.  This is a very common situation right now.
