Hello! Since Thanksgiving, we've seen a good bit of buyer activity, especially in the $100-200,000 price range. Is it any wonder? With current mortgage rates and prices, there are homes on the market here in Tallahassee that you can buy for about the same monthly cost as you could rent!
Speaking of mortgage rates, this week's Freddie Mac Mortgage Survey reports the average rate for a 30 year fixed at 5.14%. Freddie Mac has not reported rates that low since they began keeping records in 1971. THAT'S LOW!!
