Tallahassee real estate home sales dropped 34% this June compared to June 2010. Sales for single family homes in June were also below May sales: 176 homes were sold in May compared to 150 in June.
Median prices decreased for many areas of Tallahassee... BUT AT VARIOUS RATES! Median prices in southwest Tallahassee (the area around Tallahassee Regional Airport) dropped 30% compared with June 2010, but the median price in northeast Tallahassee only declined 3%.
