The Tallahassee real estate home sales volume was down 29% in August according to the Florida Association of Realtors and the University of Florida Bergrstom Center for Real Estate.
This was the largest decrease for any metro area in Florida. Compare this to Ocala, which increased its home sales volume by 32%, and Gainesville which rose 25%. in fact, Tallahassee experienced the largest home sales decrease in Florida during August.
